Talking DMM A-Spec on black shoes

A few eye candys, more to come, enjoy

All pics taken with iPhone 4, I dunno what happened in the 2nd pic with dark tint.
Next mod is to tint windows as dark as legally allowed.

I have a set of H&Rs laying around. I'll drive n see these new wheels for a month before deciding anything. Right now I have the perfect balance of handling and comfort. I'm hesitating on H&Rs from the fear of messing something up on the tight feeling of the ride my car has now. I've got bad experience from my 03 TL-S.

Anyone have an idea what the squares underneath the headlights are for? I assume it is a Canadian model thing as US cars do not have a part number for them.

Nice looking car BTW. Are those 18"s?

Yes they are 18s in 235/45. Those squares are headlight washers. Funny thing is, I just noticed a smaller square just over the fog lights to the left, gotta find that out.

Tow hook cover. Everyone has that. US cars don't get the washers.

Thanks man. I dunno why Honda goes all the trouble to make different accessories and part models for different regions. It would be nice if they made all the cars identical regardless where they are sold or atleast in North America. Here's another thing we get n you guys dont, I guess

Is that for cooled seats, I wonder if its plug and play for the standard heated seats.

I dunno if its plug n play. Your seat would have to support the chanelling of cool air through the little dots on the seat, I guess.

I might lower it more but got a few things to take care of first. "Tok" noise in front, either sway bar bushings or link kits. Noise from one of the pulley ball bearings, dunno which one and noise from broken lose metal inside the catalyser

What you all say if I go gloss black vinyl on the roof along tinted windows ? I am even thinking about painting or applying vinyl on the back lower side of the spoiler in black...

Roof vinyl doesn't look right on the RL. The rear windshield and roof are not flush. Your car looks good now. I think tint is the only thing in order.

The C class' roof is no more flush with the rear windshield than the RL's and they look good. I would like to see my car photoshopped with gloss black roof. Can u put some of ur magic at work Mr. Bond ?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Take a look here:
https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-rl-photograph-gallery-91/roof-vinyl-rl-849672/

I think white is the best candidate for potential sexiness, and it just doesn't work IMHO.

I suppose flush was the wrong word. See the curl at the top of the rear window?

The C-class, and TL even, have straight transitions.

Also, the photo editing software I use, Gimp is pretty primitive. Roof vinyl is beyond my capabilities with it.

I see what u mean. The top corners of the windshield doesn't flow straight with the roof line and the pilars.

It can be done by overlapping the edges of the roofline with the vinyl covering upto the windshield line and then smoothly merging with the roof trim piece going towards the front of the roof.

Just don't be too pissed when you tear it off the next day.

Not trying to bust your bubble, but I don't think it will look good on gold. Your car looks good and it's a great color.

If you do, take lots of pics so we can help divert future modders.
