I used a little heat from a hair dryer to soften the adhesive and some dental floss. you will have to polish the emblem areas after removing them. Plenty of DIY posts here..

i brought the G2 caliper paint and got it painted for 50.00 dollars while i was at work

it looks pretty good but dude ended up painting the rotors too im pretty sure i didn't ask for that.

So im not going to past judgement on it yet because he said it needs to dry first but if it doesn't look right he will be taking it off on monday.

how long does it take the paint to dry? Can i wash my car tomorrow without any issues with the paint chipping?

you mean he painted the part where the brake pads are going to hit? If so, I'd check to see if it's a fire hazard...

i was thinking the same thing but i thought it might be too much but red lettering would, make it stand out more.

idk why but since i got the car back it's not riding the same it feels a bit loose on the driver side. it could be all in my head though.

im getting the car dropped tomorrow and im hoping for the best

There you go! Those black calipers help a ton.

He painted the rotor hat BTW. I thought the same thing when I heard someone say paint the rotor. Then I learned what a hat was.

I always wanted a black car, that's the only thing RL had going against it.

let's see it dropped and w/ the same intake, then we can call it 2.0 eheh

of course it's dropped, I was so used to my car I just saw it as a given, my bad.

slotted rotors and high performance brake pads would do wonders if you throw in some stainless steel brake lines.

As far as intake...it sounds angry but you will lose low speed power, with a short ram anyways.

Cold I wouldn't try as you're sitting way too low to be comfortable in the rain/puddles.

well, if it's that terrible you definitely shouldn't keep it dropped. The streets around me are fairly decent but I do remeber the sigh of relief when I got a new car and didn't need to slow down for speed bumps anymore.

I did have a recent incident where I came straight out of a parking garage and scraped all of the front...at which point my wife told me to backup and get out sideways because I was so lost in confusion on why I'm scraping in a stock height car (5.2")...

Yea it going to cost me 300.00 to get it done the dude said something about having to compress the springs or something like that. I guess i should sell the h&r set in the black market . What do you think should a starting point since they are practically brand new ?

They should be the same set. I don't think H&R made an MMC specific part.
