Voice Nav Directions problem

Voice Nav Directions problem
Running the Nav software version before 4.62 that was furnished on our late 07 (sorry - I don't have EXACTLY what version - it is my wife's car and I keep forgetting to check when it is home).
On occasion - it seems when instructions are coming fairly close together - it will not say "Turn right at..." or whatever it is supposed to do. Like if you are told to take an offramp off the freeway and then turn right at the end of the ramp - it will tell you to take the ramp but not turn. The visual instruction is on the screen, but no verbal instruction.
Anybody else have this problem? I guess I should report it to Accura as a warranty issue - maybe I'll get a free software update out of it - so it makes sense to wait until the next release to do so.

Check in the navigation manual to see what it is supposed to do. There are different levels of detail that you can set the voice commands to. The max detail level includes street names, but other levels do not, IIRC.
It may be as simple as that.

I thought of that but keep forgetting to check it. I think it is set to max - but I can't say for sure. It is just odd in that it only happens on rare occassions and it gives pretty complete instructions otherwise. It only seems to happen when there is 2 events close together - like within 200 yards of each other.
Like I said - it is my wifes car - so I seldom drive it - and when I do - I seldom have reason to use the nav function - but I will have to use it more to try and nail down this problem.
