I don't think this has been posted but my navigation screen just stays on updating software and after a min, it'll say check disc. It worked fine when I went to the gym and going back home, I got the message. I have the 2012 map and update so I tried to update it again but it wouldn't read either so I am assuming I should send the dvd unit in trunk to alpine to get fixed? Also, none of the buttons such as A/C. map, setting, info and the knob works. Temperature and Audio buttons work....any inputs? thanks!
