Is there a way have 2 phones at the same time on standbt in the car and either will accept HF calls?

 

You can have several phones registered with the HFL. You can't have two phones linked at the same time. However you can switch between phone by giving the command "find next phone." The HFL will announce the name of the next phone found and link it.

 

Thanks, knew that, but a shame both cannot be linked at the same time. Also, it would be nice to know via readout which phone was connected.

 

Well I know which phone is connected by looking at the display screen. I phone shows battery and cell strength, where as my 8510 only shows the cell strength, no battery indciator.
