Has anyone been clever enough to find a way to avoid having to press the Enter button to get past the legal disclaimer on the Navi screen?

 

Many have complained of this, and some have tried to see how this can be "fixed" in the software (basically dumping the contents of the DVD, modifying a few files then burning a new DVD). I've wanted this for some time, but as far as I know there is no hack or workaround for the RL. You can see similar threads on the TL forum, the nag screen is a PITB , but it is a legal issue and (apparently) well protected from easy hacking around it.
