Hi all! Just wondering if anyone else has heard about the recall or class action suit about faulty odometer readings. I've had my 06 RL since late August and will be closing in on about 8K miles. If I took it everyday (M-F), I would average maybe 350 miles a/week, but I don't (drive Galant to work). I was speaking to another Acura owner (TSX) and he said he would search for the info and send it to me. I will post it when/if I receive it. Let me know if anyone has heard about this issue.

Thanks for the quick response. I will talk to my dealership tomorrow to see if they are taking care of customers who are being affected by this situation.

There is a website out there that outlines everything. I called the provided 800 number and they said I was not affected.

 

This week's mail, just opened, contains a notice of class action settlement...going to add 5% to warranty mileage figures, reinburse for repairs charged for in the extended mileage window, reimbusement for excess mileage charges, etc.

Haven't gotten any notice of an odometer recall.
