Is your NAV traffic cutting off after 5 to 10 minutes into your drive? The icons disappear, etc.

I noticed this on the RDX loaner I've been driving for a about a week now. Then I got my RL back and it happened again this morning.

I will call XM but just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this in the DC metro area.

Yep - same thing happened to me yesterday evening and this morning.

 

I have noticed this happening more recently in the month of December, but have not noticed anything in January. But I go in late and leave late, so maybe I missed it. In December I had to request a reset of the XM radio, no stations but channel 1, however, strangely enough, I still had traffic!

 

I had that problem too. They did a reset on XM radio while NAV traffic was not affected but a couple of days later, it was the NAV traffic that went away.

But the weird thing now is NAV traffic will ONLY stay on for 5 to 10 mins then it cuts off. It is annoying as heck!

 

Same thing has been happening here in St. Louis. Had it happen during a recent trip to Chicago. Works great for a little bit, but then goes away.

 

I cancelled Nav Traffic in my 05 RL but I have it in my 10 MDX and it too dropped traffic about 10 mins into the drive. It never showed up again during my 45 min drive.
