Traveling about 400 miles from home, my screen sayed the distance home was 330 and it would take 11 hours to drive it. Has anyone had this problem. Also, it kept trying to get me off of 95 onto local roads even though I sayed I wanted to use freeways?

 

I ran into this problem driving down to Florida one year in my MDX through South Carolina or Georgia. Somehow, the GPS thought that would be a better route.

 

I'm not sure about the mileage mis-information, but the RL has real time traffic, therefore if you are going thru an area that has an accident/congestion, the time to reach destination will change to take that delay into affect. Driving back to NJ from Boston last year, i experienced a sudden increase of destination time from 3.5 hours to 6 hours......turned out to be correct cause i was stuck on the George Washington Bridge for over 2 hours.
