Nav screen dull?

Is it just me, or has anyone else notice that in the morning the Nav Screen seems to be dull?? I have try to change the backlight, contrast etc to help fix the issue but it seems to still be dull. At night the screen seems to work fine......has anyone run into this before?

Just gotta wait for it to warm up. It's normal.

Mine gets brighter after about 5 minutes. Did you have the screen on the whole time? Are your head lights on?

It's an LCD screen and needs to warm up. The car barely warms up in that time and I doubt the temp in the cabin gets warm enough in that time.

headlights on usually auto dim the screen, you can hit the little round button on the bottom left to go back to the day setting which is usually brighter.

I don't think turning the headlights on in the daylight dims the screen. The screen dims to night mode when the sensor reads low light conditions.

Mine is dull when it's cold but brightens up as the car warms up...not the engine, but the actual temperature inside the car. The colder it is, the longer it takes but it does brighten up. MDX screen is the same way.
