Nav screen
The OK button is on a legal liability screen that Acura won't allow you to normally bypass. There are settings (depending on the model/year) that allow the screen to timeout so that you don't have to press the OK. In all my Acuras I enable that timeout, and it disappears by the time I back out of my driveway.
Also, depending on the model, there are 3rd party firmware hacks that allow you to skip that screen altogether, though they tend to be on older year cars.
If you post your year/model, I'm sure someone can provide more specifics on above.

Per the manual for that year, looks like it self shuts off after 30 seconds if you ignore it, but then nav is disabled. If you press any navigation or voice control button, it goes back to that disclaimer screen for you to select OK for the NAV to be usable.
No supported way for you to avoid that (again legal CYA), but there were people back then who specifically posted which bytes you could flip and then burn a brand new DVD to bypass that screen and do other custom things like replace the startup image with your own BMP. You'd have to do some searching and I don't know if Honda has filed DMCA or something since to take those websites down.
