Is there anyway to mute the Navigation system while I am talking on the phone? I have the 7130E and it's quite irritating to hear the directions while I am talking to someone.

I've been looking in the setup but can't find anything. Please let me know. Thx.

 

i'm not aware of a mute function per se, but you can adjust the navigation volume by pushing the set up button. I believe the volume is on the first screen.

 

per the owners manual for navigation (p 84-85) (I just checked and it worked):

as usual, press button (on steering wheel), then wait for beep:

say: set up (screen): I just said 'set up' and this step worked

press button, wait for beep:

say: volume off

when done with call, press button, wait for beep:

say: volume up
