How to set audio....
How do you set the audio system to recognize the key fob being used? With my '06 my fob triggered XM to be the audio choice when car started; for my wife's fob it was CD player. I can't seem to get that to adjust in this manner with my new '10 Tech. I made all adjustments and then memoed the seat setting.

is your FOB correctly linked to the car?
make sure it says "Welcome Driver 1" for FOB1, Driver 2 for FOB2
also, unless you actually unlock the car when changing from Driver 1 to Driver 2, it will retain the audio settings from previous Driver

Yes, it is linked. Does Driver 1 get 12 XM settings and Driver 2 get 12 XM settings or is it just 12 total? My wife swears she had her own settings on XM. Thanks for your help.

Pushing D1 button on door changes Seat, Wheel, but does not change the audio/nav from D2 to D1 (or vice versa). Audio settings only change when Door is unlocked using FOB or touching handle with FOB recognized.
So if your wife gets in the car after you last drove it and car was not locked, audio/nav settings will be yours even if she pushes D2 button to adjust seat.
At least this is how it works in '05 model.
