How do I change the day time running light on my 07 RL

I want to change the day time running lights to white do I just need change them to white HID bulbs? thanks!

Simple. Take the signal and run it through a low pass filter. Take that signal and put it to the base of a npn transistor setup as a common emitter. Put a relay on the collector and use that to control the high beam bulb of your choice that is a desired color.
