Dice Mediabridge or USA Spec would be the preferred way for sound quality and overall integration. If you want cheap and easy get an RF adapter.

Acura Music Link is factory OEM. Both Music Link and Mediabridge should have BlueTooth capability.

Sound Quality? If you want sound quality then you would not use MP3 and definitly stay away ffrom bluetooth.

I mean sound quality when compared to an RF adapter. Store bought CD's or, better yet, DVD Audio discs are going to return the best sound quality. The OP was asking about iPod integration. iPod integration automatically means MP3 sound quality.
