Question Headlamp test when vehicle starts up

I tried searching but just got a bunch of flickering bulb threads.

When I start up the car, I notice the passenger side headlamp goes through its "test" of moving to the right and left. However the drivers side doesn't seem to perform this test. Is the driver side one broken or not functioning properly or is it normal for only the passenger side one to go through the test.

Only the passenger side does that in the start-up diagnostic. All is well.
