Well, I finally got the FREE dvd-a today. I almost gave up on it but when I opened the mailbox today, there it was! It was shipped on Nov 9th, so it took more than 10 days via USPS.

I tried emailing them but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten an answer from them. Does anyone know if this is still valid? We just bought an '07 RL 3 weeks ago.

I seem to remember it took less than a week for me. Like others here, I had to e-mail them for a promotion code, as my '06 came without one. They responded promptly.

My semi-quick shipment may have been because I ordered another DVD-A at the same time...
