This may have been asked in the past,sorry. When I play fm music, it doesn't display song titles or artists. Also, I can't figure out any functionality for the Display mode button under the tuning button. thanks for the help.

The RL doesn't RDS capability.

The display button cycles through the auxiliary display (at the top of the dash where the temp settings/clock is displayed).

 

Yup your right: no Radio data display on the Bose system for stations broadcasting in RDS . I think the chip would have cost them another .50C. hard to believe a excellent sound system on board would not have that simple feature that Ford Crown Victoria has.

 

The Display button is used to change display in that GoHawks mentioned - it also shows info from the XM radio i.e. artist, song, station, genre of music.

 

Thanks, for the info, my display button must not work as nothing changes when it's pushed,even if I hold it down for 6 seconds.

 

I think you have to be tuned into xm radio only for the display button to toggle information. I
