Everything has slowed way down.... Is there a reset?

Lately the radio and NAV have been extremely slow to respond. On the radio side, it is usually slow when playing MP3 CDs, and on the NAV side, the system is slow when pressing almost any of the buttons on the center console (and slow when navigating, lagging at turns and such). Even the backup camera takes time to activate. At its worst it can be 5 seconds before there's action taken on a button-press.

I'm wondering whether there's anything to be done such as a reset of some sort. I'm a little nervous about losing things the address book, or even worse that there's some marginal condition that will be made a permanent malfunction, but I'm open to ideas!

I feel like someone loaded Windows 3.1 onto my dashboard. Click....... Wait. Click... Wait....

At least the music plays, and the NAV screens, and the buttons press, and the dial turns. I just wonder what's going on behind the scenes and if there's a way to reset the system without possibly pushing some marginal circuit over the edge.
