control center speaker volume on radio

Hi,

I made a previous post about the subject but didn't get a definite response. Can someone please let me know if they are able to control the volume of their center speaker while listening to the radio? I'm not able to and I wanted to see if it was the ipod adapter that's causing the problem.

Thanks,

t.t.
