Clearing old messages - dwboston

I have the same issue with old messages not getting cleared out (my 10 pound Yorkie is the culprit).
Thanks to your tip on holding down the Menu - Map- Cancel, I was able to see the diagnostic page, however was not able to find the DVD software reloading feature.
Could you take a look and advise which option to chose.
