Cingular BT phone

My Motorola phone has seen its last call. I need to replace and my carrier is Cingular. Can anyone recommend a BT phone offered by Cingular? Thanks.

I use a Treo 650 on Cingular. No issues with BT on my RL.

I used the 8125 and it works well enough.

RAZR works fine as well. I don't have my BlackBerry (work) paired with the RL.

I got Samsung D807 and HFL works great.
No signal or battery meter thou.

Other than the short answer delay I've posted about (which may or may not be the phone's fault), my Cingular RAZR works exceptionally well. No battery strength, but that's not a biggie for me.
