I recently got a 4.63 disc,installed it in the the nav unit and it did the whole loading please wait.After about 2 minutes please check your disc popped up.I unloaded the disc and noticed a fairly large scratch,I don't recall looking and seeing it there in the first place.My problem is that I cannot get it to do anything.I tried putiing my 4.31 disc back in and everytime i start the car is says loading then to the check screen.I disconected the battery and the unit but it will not do anything.I also tried to get in the diagnostic screen but it won't do anything.Any ideas? thanks steve
