Bluetooth disconnect?

Has anyone had their Bluetooth connection (Blackberry 7250) become unconnected?

Happens to me constantly since I got the car back from repairs on dash rattles. Used to be fine, now it will continually just choke off, and the phone says "Bluetooth Connection Lost." I also get problems with trying to place calls and getting "No paired phones found" through the HF link.

This worked perfectly when I first got the car, and my phone is an Ericsson k700i, which is on the list of compatible phones.

I also have problems being understood now -- the HF link mistakes words for numbers and vice versa, and people I talk to on the phone say I sound like I'm underwater -- my girlfriend told me I sounded "like a Cylon from Battlestar Galactica." (Obviously she meant the FIRST series. )

When it starts this behavior, the only way to fix it is to shut the phone off and turn it on again so that it re-connects to the HF link. Very annoying.

Thanks I will try that.

I am reluctant to try pairing the phone again for fear of getting into other problems.

The same thing happens to me as well. I merely go to the Bluetooth Icon on the Blackberry, click turn off, then in a moment or two click turn on. The Blackberry should say that it is connecting and then everything should work again.

Something similar happened to me over the weekend with a Razr. Took a trip and noticed after a couple of hours there was no bluetooth, and when I looked at the phone, no signal either...where it was supposed to have a full signal. I rebooted the phone several times and finally got a signal, but could get no bluetooth even after stopping and restarting the car. Later, after leaving the car and returning after about 45 minutes, everything was fine...happened on Sunday. First time that's happened to me.
