battery for keyless remote

My keyless remote shows a msg battery low. Can you pry it apart and replace battery without damaging the plastic case?

Yes, the case snaps apart. To the right of the internal key release button, on the edge is a small notch. You can use a coin to insert and twisf apart the two halves.

Buy them form this site http://www.meritline.com/cr2025-3-vo...2&v=9ed89b01c5
they are on sale for $3.95 for 10 pieces including shipping. I got a pack recently and they are working fine. these are worth than the stealer charging you $7 for two batteries.

I got two CR2025 from the local grocery store for 4.49. The owners manual shows you how to change it. simple and fast. Best Buy sells two for 5.49 and Radio Shack rips you off, three for 11.99
