Awesome CD changer problem

So this morn my CD changer apparently broke. Changed a CD and the "ejecting emssage" came on the display and for 10 mins nothing happened. The cd then came out and the player whipped out an "error" messgae on the display. HItting any of the buttons did nothing. I turned the car off then back on when I got to work and now nothing comes up on the display fi I press the CD button. If I go from FM to CD then the FM ino stays on the screen.

Anyone else have this issue? This was the first time I attempted to change a CD in like 6 months so maybe the changer was sad I was taking out one of the discs it bonded with in there and decided to screw me over. hehe

What bugs me is the fact I will no doubt have to get this fixed at the dealership and they will take the dash apart and just fug up that part of the car and create a lot of rattles.

Bummer....

Was this CD by chance a home-recorded one with a sticky-backed label?

I had the same issue when I had my CL-S, it never self-corrected, so my dealer just went ahead and replaced the entire unit. I'm glad yours resolved without getting it replaced.
