I recently noticed that during evening hours the navi screen doesn't change to night mode anymore under auto headlight mode. I looked everywhere for a setting, as my wife's mdx has a setting to auto dim with the headlights. could this be a sensor problem? I don't want to take it in and look like a goof!

make sure your brightness level is not on max, it will not auto dim. this is the brightness switch by the speedometer

Thanks, it worked. The mechanic must have been fiddling with it when I brought new tires in to be changed.
