It has happened to me a few times. I am on a call using HF. Then someone calls me and I keep talking to the first person. I don't answer the second person then after the second person hangs up, the HF hangs up the first person.

Is it a phone problem or HF problem?

Does the phone itself hang up when this happens? Or does the phone stay engaged with caller 1 and just the HFL drops?

If the phone actually hangs up, I would not think it was the RLs HFL but something in the phone's BT transmission to HFL. If the phone stays engaged, but HFL drops, then it may be an issue with the RLs.

I believe the HF hangs up the first call, not the phone itself. But as the HF hangs up the first person, I can't even hear the other person from the phone itself...

It doesn't actually hang up the 1st call, but puts it on hold. If you press the HFL voice button again, it'll reconnect you to the call.

I hate that it won't ignore the other call.
