Hi, I bought this car two weeks ago with 134K miles it. Transmission along with engine are both in good shape. There's no problems whatsoever regarding performance. However the car is rebuilt. Everything works well expect for the headlights.

Below I provided images of my XENON HID headlights which does not turn on. ALL FUSES are good. Battery is too? I changed my oil the 2nd day I bought my car to Walmart, that is where I do my oil changes. Walmart checks everything your car might have wrong. Dashboard lights, tires pressure, lights, wipers, etc... (BATTERY is working good) I think you get the idea. Anyway on my receipt they included various of items I needed to replace regarding (LIGHTS). Low beam plus high beam.

My HID light will not turn on; low beam nor high beam. On the HID headlight on the passenger side you can see there's rust inside the lenses, can that be cleaned? Thus, I don't believe it's damaged because the Driver Side HID looks healthy from the outside and does not turn on whatsoever. Only the small bulbs turn on. EDIT: ALSO THE FOG LIGHTS won't turn on.

Could there be a wiring issue, ballast, or maybe a battery issue?
P.S. I bought the bulbs for the HID, replacing the bulbs on the middle, and fog -- to test them out but I hardly believe they will turn on since both of them won't turn on.

Want to see anyone who has experience with HID headlights and hear your thoughts.

EDIT: I provided 3 images about a small black fuse box on this thread because the mechanic said this small piece is not giving signal of life. u get the idea.

arrrr, the black fuse box is what I can't find anywhere on the web.

 

That black box is a relay, not a fuse box.
