has anybody had success burning audio-dvd from "cirlinca"?? I use HD audio solo ultra to create dvd audio on my RL, i was able to burn the DVD-audio and played on RL, but they still sounds like regular CD, no surround sound at all. Even though supporting team helped me solving this issue back and forth, i have no luck so far. I even converted MP3 to wav. file and created to 24 bit, 6 channel audio, but when i play the dvd on car, they still sounds like 2 channel audio. RL can read the MP3 (unlike the TL), but i was using DVD- (not the plus).

I'm very disappointed that i won't be able to enjoy the surround sound unless i buy the real dvd audio from website (bunch of unheard of artist except the Beatles )

 

I have the same software, but you might be doing something I have not tried. Are you starting with 2 channel content, and using their "convert/enhancement" plug in to change it to 6 channel?

 

are you talking about vst plugin (V.I option) that converts 2 channel into 6? i've already try that and didn't work

 

Yep. Is that the one you are trying to use? If you use that to convert a 2 CH to 6, can you see the six channels in a program like Audacity? I've seen it, but not tried it. To be honest, I've never liked those types of plug-ins. I've only tried using 6 CH content to make DVDAs.

 

do you think you can show me how you created your own true 5.1 surround audio sound? maybe a step by step? I'll be very appreciated if you can
