I had the problem. Mine squeaked really loud in light rain and in the snow it was dismal. I could not see.

Owing to the fact that our dealer will not perform the TSB ("we can't do anything unless it's broken") this will be handy...thank you.

i cant believe this. i took my 2006 rl to springfield acura in nj because the wipers would not properly clean rain let alone snow and they replaced the wiper inserts and charged me $27.
i had no idea that there was a TSB out there that addresses my problem.
my car is going in on monday for the recall and they will hear my mouth...
