I have a 06 rl. Just happened. I cannot roll down both rear windows from using the driver's master switch. But it will roll down only if i use the window switches fom the rear. Anyone ever had this issue? I want to try and figure it out first before bringing it to the dealer or mechanic.

Got it to work. Had to do it on the rear windows, i was doing it on the master switch this whole time....Thx everyone for ur help. I guess when i chgd battery i had to reset the windows?

 

Glad you got it to work.
I've changed my battery 3 times and it did not cause this.
I don't know that anyone has a full repro of how it happens
