I would doubt it. Acura calls the 09 a MMC. The 3G would come probably in CY 2010, or whenever they plan on releasing the 2011 RL.

Confirming a no. As noted above, the 2009 is an MMC, albeit a very extensive one.

Gonna try to test drive one today!
