Happy Friday, everyone.

I've been disappointed by a second dealer on the purchase of my RL. Are there any dealers lurking out there interested in making a sale?

I'm a ready cash buyer for a 2007 RL w/ Tech package, must be Platinum Frost Metallic / Ebony.

Both dealers here in Austin, TX agreed to sell me the car for $42,000, claimed they had a car for me & then couldn't deliver. I placed a $500 deposit with the second dealer who has been claiming for 3 weeks that the car is on a truck heading this way, but finally admitted that it wasn't on its way and didn't know when it would be here. Grrrrrrr....

Any help appreciated if someone knows of an car available matching my specifications .

Hey Jeff,

I know how frustrating it is to wait once you have your mind made up.

I checked the few dealers in my area for your and the only PF RLs are with Taupe interior.

Maybe some members here can check their local dealers for Jeff? I don't know if there is a universal search for Acura inventory without using an agent?

It seems inventory on RLs is a bit scarce. The dealers I am loking at have 4 RLs each. No base models, no PAX. All are Tech.

Hey, thanks for checking, Tampa. It seems you can buy an "in-stock" RL for $42K, but it may be unreasonable to get one delivered here for that price. As I mentioned in another post, I'm not trying to score the best deal of all-time, it just frustrates me when a dealer takes a deposit on a car & then can't deliver. Appreciate the support.

I suspect if you find the color combo you seek, you would fly out and drive back.

Have you ried one of the shop / search sites like CarsDirect.com Cars.com?

Maybe one can be found, then getting it delivered or going to get it would be secondary.

The one at John Eagle was the first one "sold" to me by McDavid Acura. It's a demo with 3,xxx miles. I'll have to exhibit a little patience. I've always worked from the "right-car, right-price, right-now" school of thought (choose any two) and guess I'll have to do the same here.

McDavid here online is listing a "Platinum" 07 RL for $50k.
vin ends in 3760.

That's the only one in TX. Have them order you one, you'll get it in July. 08 RLs arrive in August or September this year I believe.
