Hfl module for 2005 rl. Not from the dealer it is 800.00 plus!!! My eBay search comes up empty . My hfl started acting up will not allow ( name of phone) to be completed without cutting off. Worked for 5 yrs no problems now will not complete pairing process....???? Tried everything...
i had a issue with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus (verizon) connecting to the car and after doing some research other people had same problem with phone. Got a new phone problem was solved.
try another phone to pair with the car.
try another phone to pair with the car.
i've been searching for that as well. mine died a few months ago.
lucky for me i'm not forced to drive handsfree. (rarely talk and drive anyway, unless on long trips)
someone here said they found it for 150 on ebay i think.
i thought about calling the junk yards with our car (ebay listings) and ask but havent had the need.

You might try salvage yards. The HFL module is the same for 2005-2008. It is different in the 2009+ RLs and I do not know if it is backward compatible.

The RL & TSX module is made by Johnson Controls.
The TL module is made by Bluecon.
But the P/N for the TSX module is the same as the RL. The A01 is simply the Acura version of the P/N.....and typically more $$$ than the corresponding Honda P/N.
Deal on the coffee.

The links to the used BT modules above are mostly for TSX. Althought the primary part #s are the same, the casing of the modules are slightly different. They may not mount exactly the same, and you may need to modify the mounting with tie straps or velcro. Its behind the glovebox, so it has no cosmetic impact.
