when in reverse does your side mirros go down??

I've got an 06 and the mirror does tip down. They do on the 05s as well. However, and here's what's likely fouling you up, only mirror currently selected by the left-neither-right mirror adjustment selector tips down, and if you've got it set to neither, then neither tips down.
