I would like to thank everybody on this site because when i got to the dealer I had a good idea of how low I could get them to go because i seen what you guys where pulling off as far as monthly payments...

Yes, welcome. It's a great car. The kind of car you tend to appreciate more over the months. That's hard to say about most cars I've owned

Congrats, saw your new owner sign in with the price.
What motivated you to pay almost sticker for 08 RL? I'm seeing much lower asking prices from dealers. maybe you leased.

Welcome and congratulations on your RL purchse. Did you mean the price $43k and not $53k as you mentioned in the new owner sign in?

I was gonna ask the exact same question. Regardless, the RL is a fantastic vehicle, the only lease I have ever had that I didn't want to give back, that's saying something for me!! Enjoy!!

Yeah I leased it.... $53k was just the MSRP ..I got the lease for 540$/m 36 months...and the the buyout price after the lease is $23k ..
I love this vehicle so far...its been a great month..I had a 2002 jaguar x-type before this and there is just no comparison.

I suppose it doesn't matter too much, but for the sake of curiosity, what's the deal on this deal? The residual is WAY to low for a Rl with CMBS ($53k). Even at 15k miles, the current residuals on the RL are about 49%. The $540 payment makes no sense either unless the final cap cost was like $35k or you put down $10k. Are you sure you leased a RL with CMBS? Are you sure you leased an RL? if so, who's your dealer. I'm going there!

I don't know Legend. All I know is that's a fantastic price. Congrats. I went into my dealer last week to get a lease price on a tech TSX with $1k of accessories for my daughter. I was quoted $504 15k 36m (before tax) That's basically MSRP minus about a grand. That's typical with the new TSX since supplies are limited. If your dealer is offering loaded RL's for $540, I suspect he won't be selling many of those new TSX's right now

Thanks! They are very good to see. All I can seem to find online is the 49% number for 36 months. I can't find a place to see all combinations of trim and mileage.

I also appreciate you lining up the columns with those extra dots. Such an overachiever
