What option is this missing?

Not sure if the JDM Legend has an option that goes in the place of the knockout, but in the US, that spot isn't used. All RL, regardless of trim level, has that blank knockout.

IIRC that is for the JDM Legend's nightvision infrared's LCD HUD that pops up and down between the instrument cluster and windshield. That blank knockout is for the on/off button in the middle of a up/down switch.
