The liner on my trunk lid seems to bow in the center near the back (towaqrds the rear window). My service advisor ordered another and it fit the same. We looked at a floor model and it fit fine. Does anyone else have this issue?

 

I removed mine the other day to remove the trunk damper and when I put the liner back I noticed the same thing, not sure why though.

 

Is it possible to put some double sided tape to hold it in place

 

The dealer tried that. If the newly ordered piece is the same they wll get the Acura local rep involved.

 

What is the trunk damper?
