Do the following:
1. Go to http://estore.honda.com/accesssory-i...le-chooser.asp
2. Choose Acura, RL, year and then Submit Vehicle
(you get some tips and tricks on installation stuff) ...
3. Then click on my link I posted above - it should work...
FYI All of the TSBs are in the garage with detailed intro how to open them... pretty nice...

I had a regular service on my car a couple days ago. Service Advisor asked if anything was going on that they should look at. I told him about the 30mph whirr noise, but explained that it only happens when temp is below 55 or so, so they would not be able to reproduce. I told him its been happening in my car for over 2 years (I'm way out of warranty).
He had not heard of this issue before. So, there's a TSB and the Service Advisor has never heard of the issue???
