I have the dreaded PAX system and need to replace my tires. Its seems cheaper and more beneficial to replace the rims and tires.

Can I use an 18" rim and tire..? Will it affect my odometer or speedometer..? Will it affect anything else..?

Advise, and advice on tire size etc, would be much appreciated.
