Timing belt or chain?? New here.

New here and new to Acura and am wondering on this. Should belt if equipped be changed every 80,000 miles?
Thanks

It is a timing belt and should be changed at intervals of 105k or 7 years, whichever comes first.

Well, it is and it isn't. The Owner's Manual for my 2001 J30 equipped Accord says every 105,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first. The Owner's Manual for my 2006 TL only says every 105,000 miles; no mention what-so-ever of a time limit.
