It won't adjust at all? Or just when the car starts up? How old is your battery? Did you try re-linking your key fob? There is a telescoping steering wheel setting in the setup menuas well.

Edit - from the owner's manual: "If your vehicle's battery is disconnected or the power tilt steering wheel fuse is removed, you need to reset the telescopic steering wheel system. Push the ignition switch for more than 1 second and release it, or insert the built-in key into the ignition switch, and remove it. The steering wheel automatically move fully in to let you know the system is reset."

Try cleaning the contacts and terminals. Even a little corrosion can do weird things to a car.

Are you saying it won't adjust using the button or won't adjust automatically when you start the engine?
If the latter, you have to reset your Driver memory setting after disconnecting the battery.

please confirm. You open the car door. Move the black knob facing on the side of the column facing the door in all 4 directions and the steering does not move in any of those 4 directions?

If that is correct and it does not move - please look at page 103 in your owner's manual for instructions how to turn it back on. (page 103 is from the online PDF manual and it looks like that is the actual page number in the paper manual).

well battery was taken off b/c it wouldn't start so i took the batt to charge it at Autozone. But my surprise the battery was good. and the issue was that i had a 10w amp blown... so replaced it and bam it turned right on...

Yea I was thinking that a few weeks ago so I set my wheel not to move and its not bad. If you do a lot of stop and go driving its better for its motor
