Stupid question

I assume the RL will let me know when its due for service? I'm already over 3k miles since september and the oil gauge at 60% When I had a TL, the first service was recommended at 1500 miles? Input please.

First one will pop up at about 7500mi.
My only recommendation is to check the oil before then.. mine was down over a qt at 5000mi.

Acura says in the manual and I also called them, to leave the first break in special oil in for the full term until your MID tells you to change it.
