So did you buy the RLX, I didn't know that they were already out

 

DCH Tustin Acura sent me an email saying that they have the RLX for test drive, but not for buying. Acura's new strategy?

 

I also received an email from the dealer to come in for a test drive. They just got in (2) RLX's w/Technology Package. Supposedly they go on sale to the public on March 15. These are FWD and list for 55K+.

 

I got the same e-mail,might stop the one of these days and check what all the fuss is about.Do you think they sent e-mails to RL owners only or to all the other owners in their database?

 

goto the dealer and look at it. and test drive. i love it.

 

I still don't get why Acura releases the FWD models first.... if the press gets their hands one one first, and reviews it, they will poo poo it, and the first impression of the press/mags and the public will be that the car is not all that great...

they should lead with the AWD model - get some excitement going with consumers the the industry...and then they can sell the FWD model to people who come in excited about the car but want to save money...

 

Same reason the strip club doesnt bring in the top notch girls until midnight.

The reality is, who cares. LoL most of the people who want to see it arent going to buy it anyway.

 

Have you looked on the RLX forum? Every auto rag and then some have already reviewed

RLX forum says there are lines to test drive the PAW-S. Give it 8 months and no one will really give a shit which model is out right now.

Acura sponsors the sports report on the local radio station I listen to during commute. No mention of RLX yet in the ads. Mostly ILX and RDX
