Squeaking Drivers Seat Base

Hello Guys i just started having a squeaking drivers seat, When i press down on the seat i can hear it as well sounds like a spring grinding. Any fixes?

Moister on the seat springs very light rust you will have to pull the seat out. But I'm sure its not that bad?
