A-Spec Front Bumper Removal

A-Spec Front Bumper Removal
I've ordered an HID kit to replace the factory fog lights, and I'd like to remove the front bumper to do the install.
Does anyone have experience, or pics on how to do this with the A-Spec front bumper.
Does it retain the original mounting hardware? Do I need to remove the A-Spec piece seperately?
Thanks,
Mike

I have no idea, but I would take a look at the A-Spec Bumper install instructions to give you a clue on this.

A-Spec bumper or not, the install/removal is the same. Treat it as one piece. I don't have any pictures, but give yourself a good hour or two... and you'll need someone to help hold the bumper at times.

Thanks for the responses guys!
Looking at the A-spec install sheet is what worried me - It looked like I'd need to remove the A-spec piece first, then the main. I guess it makes sense that they should come off together due to the adhesive.
I could probably do okay without pulling the bumper, but I'm a little A.R. and I'd like to have the ability to mount/secure everything. Plus I'm going to get some Clear-Bra material on my fogs before I break another one.
