So long and thanks for all the ...

After 9yrs and 240,000km we have traded in our 2005 RL for a CPO 2013 TL SH-AWD Tech with 30,000km.

I think I can honestly say the RL has spoiled me when it come for comfort. Even the TLXs we test drove yesterday cannot match the RL in this respect.

What I have loved:
- Ability to drive 2,500km over 36hrs and not feel physically worn out.
- Being in a relatively rare vehicle
- Surefooted-ness in snowy conditions

What I did not love:
- Non-standard maintenance issues the last few years (harmonic balancer, calipers, wireing, engine mounts)
- DVD player dead for the last 3yrs
- 5 battery replacements over the lifetime

Finally, thanks for all the posters on A'Zine who have answered my questions over the years. Having you on this forum goes a long way towards giving better confidence when dealing with Acura Service.

Regards.

Sounds like you got your money's worth. Enjoy your TL -- it's a fine machine.
