Was wondering if anyone had strong feelings and experiences about the service departments of either Acura/Boston or Acura/Peabody. I could use either one based on my location, and am looking for a dealer that can fix something right the first time, knows the car well, and appreciates my business.

I've never used Acura of Peabody, but I've had and witnessed several less than stellar service experiences at Acura of Boston. Acura of Auburn is pretty good - I've never had any major issues with the service there.

 

Does anyone know a reputable service dealer on Long Island, NY as well?? Thanks in advance.

 

Not sure about the Boston one, I usually avoid it. The Nashua one is just as far from me and their prices are more reasonable than the one in Boston for me, you certainly pay a premium on the Boston one because it's in Boston.
