Sales for month of june

well is up a little but not much.

1,565 for the month of June.

I hope they don't sell many, that gives you more prestige. I think they are going to double that amount in 06, because of added features and no longer a first year car.

In the other hand is the TL selling over 6,000 units, that means you have one, your friend has one, his friend has one and that just about sucks.

I think its great that sales are going up!

I think that the more cars sold will garantee future development money to be available for the car. And another plus for sales is that other 3rd party companies will be influenced to develope products.

As for prestige thats just mental =)
If you wanted "prestige" in the world's eye you should have considered a benz, but i'm glad you did not and got an RL.

Well after I got my 99TL with a full kit and 18"s in 1999. In a city as big as miami 5 million plus and my car been about the only one, trust me my car would get as many looks as any 100k car. It was amazing. My car got so much attention, that one day on the highway in I95 I race the dolphins quarterback Jay against his CLK430. So is not just mental, btw there were many TL's but all stock driven by 60+ adults.

I don't know about the prestige factor per se, but I do like the uniqueness of seeing only one other 2005 RL a day. If I wanted perceived prestige, especially from people who don't know about cars, I would gotten a Mercedes, particularly a less expensive C-class .
